    Here are a few highlights of what this class has to offer:

    1. Introduction to Indian Spices: Indian cuisine is renowned for its rich blend of aromatic spices. Gain an understanding of commonly used spices in Indian cuisine, such as cumin, coriander, turmeric, cardamom, and more. Discover their health benefits, and how they are artfully combined to elevate a dish.

    2. Hands-On Cooking Experience: Under the guidance of Ananthan who comes from South India (Chennai), you will learn how to effectively use these spices to create mouthwatering Chicken Biryani, Raita(yoghurt) and Masala Chai.
