Gain an understanding of commonly used spices in Indian cuisine, such as cumin, coriander, turmeric, cardamom, and more. 2. Hands-On Cooking Experience: Under the guidance of Ananthan who comes from South India (Chennai), you will learn how to effectively use these spices to create mouthwatering Chicken Biryani, Raita(yoghurt) and Masala Chai.
