how does it work?
Changemakers in the Cowichan Valley and surrounding areas can join the program for as little as $10/year for individuals, $15/year for families, and $30/year as businesses! In exchange, Community Changemakers will receive discounts at participating businesses. Businesses that sign up for the program will receive promotion and recognition in our marketing materials, campaigns, and social media.
The funds from the program will be graciously collected and used to improve understanding of cultural diversity, education, and anti-racism initiatives in the territory of the Hul’qumi’num peoples, also known as the Cowichan Valley/Duncan. We believe the greatest benefit of the program is the contribution that cultivates a sense of community and prosperity within the Cowichan Valley.
